Welcome to the Jax History Book blog
This blog is under development. Once completed it will contain history books for all of U.S. history from 1,500 - 1975 as well as a large number of books in various eras and subjects in European history and a small number of books on Latin American history,
As of now, the blog focuses on the U.S. antebellum/Civil War era (1820-1877) and the history of slavery and abolitionism (1565-1865). The history of the colonial U.S. and the Early Republic will follow before addressing the late 19th century and the 20th century.
The title of each book is a link to the book description on Amazon.com. Tips on saving money on books purchased through Amazon resellers can be found here.
